Speed Skool's Elite Development Program
Personal training, Group sessions and Team clinics
are all available within our Development program. You will become a better athlete by improving speed,
agility, flexibility, power and quickness through our unique “Playmaker”
program. We
teach athletes the proper techniques of active isolated stretching, dynamic warm-up, running form, strength
development, recovery and injury prevention. We have unique sport specific session designs to help all athletes of all sports.
Speed Skool's Junior Foundation Program
Personal
training, Group sessions and Team clinics are all available for our Speed Skool for juniors program.
This program is an awsome foundation builder for young athletes. They will become better athletes by being
taught the proper techniques needed to become fast, agile, flexible and quicker. We emphasize with young
athletes the proper techniques of stretching, warming up, proper running form and precision
in our drills. We work at keeping athletes motivated.
Speed Skool for Fitness Program
Personal
training and Group sessions are available for our Speed Skool Fitness program. Our “Shape-Up”
program is great for adults or athletes who want to get in shape for overall fitness. This is a perfect
program for those who do not want to join a gym or are just bored health club member. Our Pay-as-you-Go policy is enjoyed
by most clients in this program. You will burn calories, increase metabolism & energy, increase your level of fitness
so you can feel great. Our trainers inspire you to get better overall fitness with different workouts from day to day to help
